By using the Hey, Sash! mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
Hey, Sash! is an iOS application for creating carousel posts using AI technology. The App allows you to:

• Create carousels with AI-generated content
• Edit design and text of publications
• Export finished carousels
• Use premium templates and features

3. User Account
3.1 Registration

• You may create an account to save your progress
• Provide accurate and current information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related emails. You may also opt in to receive promotional communications, which you can unsubscribe from at any time

3.2 Age Requirements

• The App is intended for users 13 years and older
• Users under 18 must have parental consent

4. Use of the Application
4.1 Permitted Use

• Creating original content for personal and commercial purposes
• Using AI features according to their intended purpose
• Respecting copyright and intellectual property rights

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Creating illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the App's operation
• Distributing spam or malicious materials
• Violating third-party copyrights

5. User Content
5.1 Content Rights

• You retain rights to content you create
• You grant us a license to use content for service operation
• You guarantee you have rights to materials you use

5.2 Moderation

• We reserve the right to moderate user content
• Content violating rules may be removed
• Violating accounts may be suspended

6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Premium Subscription

• Access to enhanced functionality through subscription
• Payment processed through App Store
• Prices may change with notice

6.2 Refunds

• Refunds processed according to App Store policy
• Unused portion of subscription not refunded upon cancellation

6.3 Auto-Renewal Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

6.4 Subscription Plans

• Annual subscription: $49.99/year (Best Value)
• Free trial: 3 days, then automatic conversion to paid subscription unless canceled
• Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Actual charges may be converted to your local currency

6.5 AI Generation Fair Use

• The App provides AI-powered content generation as part of the subscription
• We reserve the right to impose reasonable usage limits on AI generation to prevent abuse or excessive automated use
• Users who abuse the system or intentionally attempt to degrade service quality may have their generation limits temporarily restricted

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 App Rights

• The App is protected by copyright
• Logos, design, and code belong to developers
• Copying or reproduction without permission is prohibited

7.2 AI-Generated Content

• Content created by AI belongs to the user
• We are not responsible for uniqueness of AI content
• We recommend reviewing content before publication

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absence of errors
• We are not responsible for data loss

8.2 Limitations

• Our liability is limited to the subscription cost
• We are not responsible for indirect damages
• User uses the App at their own risk

8.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hey, Sash!, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

9. Changes to Terms

• We may modify these Terms with user notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance

10. Termination
10.1 Termination by User

• You may stop using the service at any time
• Subscription cancellation does not entail refund

10.2 Termination by Us

• We may discontinue service with notice
• We may suspend accounts for rule violations

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
